DaVinci Resolve
Is my software of choice for editing and color grading.
It has all the features needed for editing (and more) but is by miles the best for color grading, nothing comes close.
Track Club
Is my choice for getting music for my videos.
Honestly, most of the services are great with different strengths but what I love about Track Club is that I can select stems and mix the music right on the website.

Motion VFX
Is what I use to easily create transitions, titles and effects for both my YouTube and Commercial videos.
They have a Pack for pretty much any type of videos you could imagine and help increase the workflow by A LOT.

Zasplat
Is where I go to find most of my sound effects. You can download them for free (3 every 15 minutes), so it's a great addition to Track Club since they don't have Sound Effects (yet).

Notion
I use Notion for everything and anything that has to do with my business.
From planning my weekly To Do, Scripting Videos, Planning Meetings to Noting everything I learn about business, sales and marketing.
I built my own dashboard that helps me stay organised and never miss a deadline.
I use the paid version so I can automate actions whenever I update a To Do or need to sync tasks.

SHOPIFY
Is the platform I use to sell all my Digital Products.
I switched from Squarespace as I needed something that was set up to sell and with all the integrations available it's easy to set up a streamlined process for both my customers and myself.

Is what I use to send out my newsletter and run all my email automations from purchases and sign-ups through Shopify.
It's by far the easiest and best email marketing platform for Creators AND the cheapest to get started with (free).

Even though it's based around paid advertisement, in our day and age as creators we can leverage the same techniques using our organic reach through Social Media as well.
